Ben Comen’s story is so inspirational that it’s hard not to cry while you’re watching it. Perhaps the most inspirational part of his story is not only Ben’s determination, but the love that his friends have for him.

Stories like this always get people thinking that there own problems and faults are minimal, but sometimes its not enough to take action.

Next time you decide that something is too tough or you can’t, think of people like Ben and then push through.  Grab a kleenex before you watch this video. It’s very powerful.

This is part 2 of 2 in the series Bob Garon

I hope you’ve checked out part I with Bob Garon because here comes part II and you need to know where we’ve been to understand where we’re going in this call.

In this second part of the call Bob dives into the “HUMUNGO” salad that he starts off his eating window with. We also get into a few more details about the whole eat at night window that Bob uses. In addition, we also discuss:

  • Fats and why they aren’t bad
  • Why grassfed beef is the choice for health
  • Why the food pyramid is keeping people fat

This call is also longer than the last, and there is so much information here so please get started now!

Did you know that there are an estimated 50,000 homeless children in South Florida? Staggering isn’t it.  It is unfortunate for these children and their familes, and with the holidays rolling around, I’m sure it isn’t the same joyous time as others are having.

While many kids in school are talking about what cool gift they want for Christmas, expecting to unwrap it on Christmas morning, there are other kids wondering why they can’t have the same thing.

Kids are so innocent, and they don’t quite understand why other kids have things they don’t.  As parents, we try to explain these things to our children, but usually they can’t quite grasp the concept.

So while Jimmy is waiting for his robotic dinosaur that is more realistic than a pet dog, Billy is just hoping he gets something.  He knows his family doesn’t have a true home like the other kids.  But that doesn’t stop him from hoping for some toys on Christmas.

Luckily for these children, there are organizations out there that are trying to help.  One of those organizations that I am sure you have heard of is Toys for Tots. This year Get Fit Boot camps in Coconut Creek / Parkland has partnered with Toys for Tots to do three things.

Most of the boot camp classes across the nation are 45-60 minutes. But some of them are out there running only 30 minute sessions like Get Fit Bootcamps. Can you believe that? Sure you can if you’ve been to a boot camp out there, you know how tough they are.

Well Angie Schumacher of Fit Chick Express has it figured out. She runs women only boot camps in Colorado for 30 minute sessions. So I recently got Angie to tell us all how you can get a workout in in just 30 minutes. Additionally she provides a few pointers with workouts and nutrition. Enjoy.
